| | | | Joined: Jan 1970 Posts: 365 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 1970 Posts: 365 | I used a 9" Ford rear end from a 77 Lincoln Mark V. It has disc brakes. It came with 3.00:1 gears but I swapped punkins out of my 66 Ford pickup which had 3.50:1 gears. This was an improvement for both the Ford and Chevy pickups, as the Chevy has a 89mm tranny with .73 overdrive. | | |
