I remember a few years back,buying a paint called....Nearest thing to chrome. It looked good when first applied,but the finish was very 'soft' and appeared to tarnish quite quickly.
I only found out years later I should have laquered it! dang
(I was young!)

As Sheridan said if there was such a paint,the chrome shops wouldn't last long!
I'm sorry but you can't beat the real thing!
