I doubt there was any different patterns in Canada, it was the colors that varied, not the patterns .... the reason that surround is red on mine is cuz it's 2 tone paint, if it was all red, that would have been red which is called body or 'upper color'
on the 2 tone - if the lower part of your fenders were white and the tops weren't, it must have been a 2 tone
