The tan interior would be good and depending on what shade of red you go with it shouldn't clash much. I like the idea of the red/white, that will give it a nice look. I really like the idea of the elk hide, that would be nice. Keep us posted as to what direction you go with it, and post lots of pics once you get rolling on it!
