The threads in the filter housing are most likely 1/8 inch female pipe. The rubber lines will probably have 1/4" flare nuts on both ends. You would need a 90 degree elbow with a 1/8" male pipe thread on one side, and a 1/4" male flare thread on the other side. Any good FLAPS should be able to supply those fittings.
