| | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 | When you bought a new balancer from Chevrolet it came with bolts tightened down in the holes used for pulling the balancer. These lock out the deading affect of the balancer while driving it on. Once in place the bolts need to be removed.
