I'm with davidn, exhaust work IS fun!! I don't get the stainless exhaust system on a 'bolt though unless you're building a show truck.
I went the cheapo route. I bought straight tubing and bends (all alluminized) from JC Whitney (can you believe that?). Some of the joints slipped together, some I butt welded. I painted the welds with Eastwoods exhaust paint. The system is 3 years old now, looks like new and I'm totally happy with it.
Just another idea that might save you some serious $$$.
