There are 2 sizes of bolt patterns on the pumps & pulleys for this. The 292 generally uses the larger one. If you match that up it should work. You might consider an electric fan. Is there a photo of your Grumman on here anywhere. I'm an old Step van mechanic. The Grumman was the best body.
