OK,,so i found the owner and it turns out this thing hasn't been started in under a year,,, hasn't hit the pavement since 93'.. ohhhh and it was originally a yellow school bus. he said he bought it in the 70's cuz his uncle was a school bus driver back in the day and used to drive him to school in when he was younger and it reminded him of the ol' days.. but it is a really nice ride to restore.
