If you dont work the truck and it has a open driveshaft put in one of the 4 speed o/d trans from a 80s truck,it will make the trips a little faster. I know what you mean about being slow as I have the same problem with a 37 1/2 ton. I plan on changing the trans and rearend to be able to go faster. Jeff
