I used a Steele Rubber gasket on mine after the lousy one I purchased from Carter would just not work. The Steeles product is good quality and very flexible - easy to install in the frame. That being said, mine still leaks ! *G*. Its around the top corners - can't seem to pull it closed tight enough, and theres no adjustment ( far as I know ) on the top hinge connections ?
