It also had plaid valve covers. Best pickup I've ever owned. Sold it to buy a ring for a girl. Lost the girl and been looking for that pickup ever since. It was in Wisconsin so the truck could be rusted away by now. But now I recently came across a 50' Chevy 3100. Which has a 230 inline 6 from a early 60's chevy. And in the last couple of weeks been trying to find a 305 V6 from a 63' GMC to replace it. I don't know how hard it would be to swap but I would love for my 50' to have the soul of my, or any, 63'. Complete with plaid of course! Oh, and the V6 wouldn't seem complete without the three in the tree!
