| | | | Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 137 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 137 | Chasing down an exhaust leak, I've got the manifolds off of my 292. After addressing the broken studs and such, I attempted to reassemble only to find that the exhaust manifold does not want to line up with the bolts and guide pins. It is as if the manifold is bowed down in the center.
I headed down to my local junkyard where there is a 250 motor that they will be yanking the manifolds from.
They are interchangeable, eh? | | |
