You need a bracket like this one.

The throttle cable housing goes in the clamp you can barely see behind and below the choke cable clamp. The throttle cable goes where the cotter pin is on this one and a cable clamp goes on the end allowing the throttle linkage to slide up the cable when the throttle pedal is used.
