I've tried other chemical rust removers before and been pretty disappointed with them and the cost was out of site. We'll give this a test this weekend and see how it fairs.
You can buy vinegar cheaper than Phosphoric Acid and it strips rust off parts just as well, it just takes longer. I have a tub of it sitting by the truck and throw rusted parts in and leave them there while I work on other things. Have left parts in for weeks only to go back and find them perfectly clean of even the thickest rust.
BUT! I do like what I'm reading here and will try the acid on smaller parts. I just hope I remember to take them out sooner
