Don't know how far along you are so the first thing is to remove the interior panel. There are 6 screws, I think, holding the regulator and glass assembly, I replaced the glass,whiskers,the glass weatherstripping etc. My rollers were in pretty good shape so I just cleaned, painted and reused. The glass rolls up nice and seems to seal pretty well.
