Just so you will know. I took the valve cover and immediately noticed the special head bolt was not in the correct position. It does look like a screwdriver slot on top of it. This one is a drilled bolt instead of the grooved threads. I made sure the drilled area was clear, installed it and now oil is flowing great to the rockers, even with the open ended tube.
