Radial tubes are meant for tube type radial tires, not for use in tubeless tires. As I noted, it is illegal to put tubes in tubeless tires. I've personally seen what happens when that is done, especially with a tire that is run at highway speeds. Failure usually happens at about the 100 mile mark (about the distance from Indy to Danville). I wouldn't risk it.
