It helps if the hole in the pedal lock is still mostly round, and the edges are clean. I think this is what Stuart ment. If not please feel free to correct me. Also this whole assembly needs the correct tension to work properly. Even after adjusting everything on my 52 I had to tweak the pedal lock just a bit to get it to work like a champ. As a note while not shown in the drawing there should a small spring between the lock bar and the floorboard that rides on the lock shaft. | | |
