Old sub, you are a genius!! Yes, there is a difference in the kits. I believe the one American Classic sells is the generic unit and the other is for a truck with the choke cable in the stock location. Both are shown for the 47-53 trucks. Too bad I didn't start the conversion sooner-- bought the one I have several months ago and haven't had much luck dealing with anyone at Classic. Guess I'll get one direct from Newport.
