| | | | Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 | My 4 speed (47 1/2 ton with 216)is worn and the synchros (if it had any)aren't there but I can double clutch and get the gear box into second without grinding or coming to a complete stop. As hard as I tried, I just could not get the thing to downshift... and I've done it many times over the course of my 62 years. I know it doesn't make sense but it is what it is. | | |
