If you're looking for a full-flow 235, you need a post 54 motor. To id them, look at the passenger side of the engine. The 216 & early 235 had a lifter cover that goes around the spark plugs up to the valve cover. The lifter cover on the 235 you're looking for stops at the bottom of the head
