Bernd Wrench Fetcher B Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 51 Germany	Hi, does somebody know if a front axle (bare I-beam) from a 56 1/2 ton Chevy Truck fits in a 55 1st serie 1/2 Truck. I like to swap just the axle, that means I like to leave the original king-pin, leaves, shocks and spindels of that 55 Truck. If not, what makes it not fit?
