I think that there are some details that are either missing or differeent from the tech article.
The end plugs on the spindles will not have locking rings or clips. They will have what looks like small frost plugs and they are removed with a punch. The new ones will need to be treated to a few blows in the centre to lock them in place, just like a frost plug.
I didn't see any details on replacing the kingpin bushings. If yours are the pressed in type, which I think they are, the old bushing need to be pressed out and new ones installed. Then the new bushings will have to be reamed to fit the kingpins.
You have to measure and adjust the verticle play in the spindle/axel assembly. Shims are provided in the kit for this purpose.
