I have read that POR15 and Corroless are good at reacting chemically with rust to form a stable magnetite. They are said to stop corrosion and protect the metal against moisture. Unlike POR15 which can deteriorate when exposed to UV light, Corroless does not need to be recoated---either with a primer or a finish paint. However, the Corroless is said to be compatible with most auto. paints and can be top coated if desired. I plan on having most of the body work hired out but wanted to do my frame myself. However frame may be exposed to light for months before body added. SO----which should I use POR15 or Corroless? Thanking everyone in Advance---Design, that is.
