The passenger seat floor bracket is actually a hindge like set up. There is one on each front leg of the seat to allow the entire seat assembly to be tilted forward toward the dash. The seat back needs to be folded forward first. If I remember correctly there is no forward or back adjustment to this seat, in that it is fixed a one spot. I remember seeing these years ago in a boneyard. You could probably fabricate something that is functional, unless you're doing an authentic restoration and need the real parts.
