I don't know about the coil you have pictured but I see electrolocks (armored cables) that will fit my 38 on ebay all the time. They are usually listed as ignition switches. Almost nobody uses the correct term on ebay, they probably don't know.
If you buy one expect to have to restore it. The cloth covered wire didn't age well. The electrolock coils are fairly pricy. Kanter says they sell them. I've bought a couple on ebay for spares. Expect to pay $70 or more for a good electrolock coil.
