I got the old 51 GMC running today. Had it idling for about 20 minutes. For some reason the clutch is not releasing. I checked all the linkages and everything is hooked up. I can watch the clutch fork move when I press the pedal. I am guessing maybe the clutch is rusted to the flywheel. Am I close? And is there an easy fix that doesn't require taking out the engine and trans?
