Denny - assembly manuals are available for all 4 series from 47-72 - pre 47 they were simple enough to be self explanatory, and after 72 they didn't want anyone to know how it was done
there was no "1959 edition" specifically, the 55 manual covers the whole series, nobody seems to have kept the running change sheets over the series years - or they were a word of mouth affair on the line
and JimBow actually registered a few months
after me - but I think that was one of the periods we all had to re-register cuz of some change in the software .... don't ask about my name change
