I have the same setup in my 51 and I thought about removing some leafs also, but I had too much trouble getting the steering linkages set up correctly on the power steering to go through that all over.
But removing a few leafs would help, the 350 weighs a little less than the old 216, and sits back farther so the front is pretty rough riding.
