Czechman Shop Shark C Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 Raleigh, NC	If you don't want to go the welding or pop-rivet route you could try a #6 or #4 flat head sheetmetal screw. You should consider countersunk pop-rivets and be sure to get steel ones - aluminum against steel will suffer galvanic corrosion.
