On very cold frosty mornings our 65 292 3 tree is very stiff shifting till the truck drives a few miles, everything is greased etc. Is this normal for an old truck or is this a warning of things to come? Any one else experience this?

It took 11 years but we got "an ol' truck", was driven daily, now short drives only
