The 216 has lock washers on the main bearing bolts. I think it is kind of crazy but that is what they have.

it is difficult to tell drag when adjusting the mains. A good technique is to use a piece of .001" shim about 1.4" wide and about 3/4" long. Place it across the bearing and button it up. If it locks the crank, the clearance is .001 or under. You can use .002 to tell where you are.
