Hi. Thanks for the replies. I am exploring the possibility of putting an automatic on the 55 2nd.
I plan to keep the 235. Mama said it would be nice to be able to drive it without the three speed on the column. So. I wanted to check into the conversion, what is needed, and cost.
I was wondering what transmission would work the best. Where would I find it. What I would need to install it. Do I need to mess with the drive shaft. And how do I set it up to shift/put in gear.
