You can put the whole s-10 frame under it and have all the modern aminities. The rear end is shorter but the one out of a s-15 blazer is the same. If you are going to put big tires under it you won't care about the 4" in over all width. The front is more narrow also but that can be corrected with billet wheel spacer, not too expensive. I'm doing an S-10 frame swap now using an reg cab long bed.
