Actually you can buy a reproduction inner & outer roof panel form American Classic Truck, Jim Carter & others but you have to buy the entire roof.(outer $300+ and inner $200+)

If it is rotted from rodents chances are you have more damage than just the area over the windshield. I just went through that with mine. It looked like the inner & outer roof above the windshield, but when I cut out the front header I found nests & rot all the way back over the doors. I ended up getting a used roof cut and replaced the entire inner & outer roof in one piece. It is no small job.You can go to my Photobucket link and go to REPLACE ROOF under Albums.
