I've got a pucker on my truck, but no leaks. After the instal, it's important to put a sealer in-between the glass and gasket, and in-between the gasket and the pinch weld. I used some NOS sealer I had, but you can use the 3M stuff. It's in the 3M automotive chemicals catalogue, but it's in with the seam sealers. It's black butyl, never hardens, ever, and it's you friend. You just need to fill up the pucker with it as well, and then smooth it out. It helps if you use the fancy trim, because it takes your eye off of the corner.
