A good running 292 inline engine 1963 to 1972 is worth about $200.00
So a 230 or 250 that"s non integral head good running not too much smoke is worth about $50.00 to $100.00 be careful integral head ones are worth five bucks.
Yeah you can get the garage clean up for free sometimes but it might be junk, and you just did a free clean up, better hear it run first.
1966 is the only year they had a steel crankshaft in the 250 engine unless I am wrong.?
