I have a Yankee Turnflex 730/6 in my '49 1/2-ton. The unit is wired up, and all turn signals and flashers are working properly. A unit similar to mine can be found under e-Bay Item # 120356784246.
The unit includes a small indicator light which flashes with the signals. The indicator light seems to be working properly because it flashes when the signal switch is activated. However, when all signals are OFF, the indicator light burn steadily. In other words, the indicator light is always ON, except it begins to flash when I move the signal arm left or right. Is this the way this unit is supposed to work?? I would think the indicator light should only light up when the signal switch is activated.
