It's possible to calculate deck height if you can find a couple of other specifications. You'll need to add 1/2 the stroke length, the connecting rod center-to-center distance, plus the piston compression distance. You'll be within a few thousandths of the actual crank center to top of the block distance, assuming no tolerance for deck clearance at the top of the piston. I don't have my connecting rod manual or piston catalog handy, but I'll be glad to look those specifications up in a couple of days if you need them.
