I'm running Langdon's Carter/Weber setup on my 235 and have a number of pictures in my Webshots that document the install. They might give you an idea of what it takes to get his setup installed, synced and tuned.
The cost is reasonable, the hardware is well thought out and all of the shortcomings of a 50 year old carb, are eliminated. I've run up over 7000 miles on the C/W setup.
