Ok here's a question for all the Big Bolters in the Pacific NW...
Years ago there was a type/style of tow truck bed commonly refered to as a "Seattle Bed". If I remember correctly it was a wasp-waisted configuration. Does anyone have any photo's of this type/style of tow truck? Or for that matter, any other info?
I've been pondering building something where I could swap out the crane on Boomer for a set of tow booms and sling arrangement when needed for general towing... Without having to install a full tow bed....... and if my faded memory is correct, the old Seattle bed style would work nicely.
