pix
I need pictures ASAP.. I just got this 53 gmc coe and it has a 2 speed vacume rear end. Someone before me had to replace the rear end with another one. (Other one gave out) The lines are NOT connected and the actuator in the engine compartment has been removed. But, I think I have it as it has 3 vacume connections. I need a picture or two of how and where it is mounted. as well as what line goes where on the rear end. I see there is a vacume canaster under the truck as well.

Does anyone have a service manual showing this set up? My stock manual talks about it but, no pictures and mainly focuses on the smaller trucks.

The more pics the better. I took pics of the way mine is set up now. I know I will need to replace all the metal lines. They are mostly good shape but, one is rusted away. For safety I will replace it.

If anyone knows where I can get a correct vacume actuator that is new or nos please let me know. I do not know the condition of these parts. I want everything rebuilt.

thanks. Email me at [email protected]
