Hi Drew, I went back to my old notes and I found the number YH141818 for the rotor and 154199 and 154300 for the calipers. These numbers can be found by searching the Parts America site. I believe the calipers are for a 1984 chevy truck and the rotors are gm from around the same era. The bearings are not a match for the 3600 spindle. I had to machine the spindle down some and I had to select bearings that would work for the spindle and the rotor. If you are ever serious about this let me know and I will take a rotor off and get the bearing numbers and the spindle measurements.
I clamped the pieces together using c clamps and angle iron inside the frame pieces. I started with leveling the frame on jackstands using a builders level. I had to use some washers, and the like, on some of the jack stands to get it level. I squared the rails by cross measuring. I then laid a piece of "I" beam on top of the rails and c clamped my new pieces to the "I" beam. The beam held everything straight while I tacked the replacement parts in. Everything came out straight and square.
As a side note, I got a chuckle out of the Assembly Manual for the truck. It gives the frame measurements to .001" !! The frame will shrink and stretch due to temperature change many many times that over the length of the frame. I figure if bolt holes line up, that is close as it gets in the real world.
