there is normal corrosion, and there is Golf of Mexico corrosion. I dont think I have enough battery to prevent the trailer from rusting electrically.
I know about the Gulf of Mexico down here all to well. on my offshore boats all I would have was galvanized trailers, the springs and fasteners would still rust. maybe try spraying cavity wax inside the rails
