Another update: The rings on Pistons #5 and #6 are busted! I didn't notice when I first removed them. Of course, this discovery is like payday! If I hadn't torn the engine apart, I probably would have been very disappointed with a power-plant that runs poorly and burns oil.
Time to crack open a cold one and feel proud of myself. Maybe I should quit while I'm ahead.
