#47637 07/13/2005 7:09 AM | Joined: May 2004 Posts: 204 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: May 2004 Posts: 204 | I have new e-brake cables for my '52 3100. I don't have the old ones to look at to figure out how the brake end of the cable attaches to the arm in brake assembly.
If you have a picture that would help alot or if not describe how it attaches.
The end of the brake line has a spring with a flat washer and the very end of the cable has a crimped on piece (that looks like it is there just to keep the wire braid from fraying.
Is it possible that I am missing a piece that attaches the cable to the arm? | | |
