i don't like the 14 bolt under there either. the eaton looks much better. i am intrigued by the disk brakes though, even an easy source for replacement drums

yes, as far as i konw that is the same axle as the one under my 52 3/4 ton, at least the basic design is. i'm far from an encyclopedia on this, but i think yours is full width compared to mine.
