I have a couple of car rears from a Trans Am and a Cutlass that will work well with a 1/2 ton, but I am dealing with a 3/4 ton with 8 lugs. If I changed to a 5 or 6 lug rear end, then I would have to change the front as well. I have two 1/2 ton chassis that I could fix up and then transfer my body over to, but I like the 3/4 ton and want to keep it as stock as possible and still be safe and drivable.
