Just in general, not exact or complete:
Engine parts will mostly be the same.
Axle parts may be the same for a couple of largeer trucks, say 3/4 and 1 ton, and 1.5 and 2 ton, but not all of them, or always.
Brake parts will most always be different between sizes of trucks, sometimes different brake options for the same size truck.
Some driveshaft parts will be the same for a number of the larger trucks.

That'll get you thinking, but as you can see you need to do the research before ordering parts.
You really need a parts manual for the exact answers, but spend some time with your truck and examininmg others and you'll start to get the hang of what's the same and what's differnet.
